WHEREAS, Senior Center patrons have difficulty finding parking near the Senior Center <br /> entrance; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF <br /> EVERETT that vehicles which display a valid Senior Center Parking Permit are exempt <br /> from the established time limits on Wall Street from Broadway to Lombard Avenue, and <br /> that the City Traffic Engineer shall order and install such signs, markings and devices as <br /> are necessary to affect this change.
