7 III <br /> /e4%ZZ=A <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 5421 <br /> A RESOLUTION extending the Golf Green Fees established for 2003 for the City of <br /> Everett Municipal Golf Courses, Legion Memorial and Walter E. Hall, directing the <br /> deposit of Admission Tax to the revenue accounts of the Golf Fund, and superseding <br /> Resolution No. 5276. <br /> WHEREAS, through the adoption of Resolution No. 5276 golf green fees were <br /> established for the City's municipal golf courses, Legion Memorial and Walter E. Hall, <br /> and by the terms of Resolution No. 5276 the fees were to be applicable for 2003; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City is currently reviewing its golf green fees rate structure and desires <br /> by the adoption of this Resolution to extend the same golf green fees established by <br /> Resolution No. 5276 beyond the 2003 calendar year while the review is undertaken and <br /> until such time as an action is taken by the City Council revising or amending the fee <br /> structure set forth herein; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF EVERETT AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1 <br /> The Golf Course Greens Fees for Legion Memorial and Walter E.
