WEDNESDAY, MAY 5, 2004 <br /> CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br /> Roll Call <br /> Pledge of Allegiance <br /> Approval of Minutes: April 28, 2004 <br /> Mayor's Comments <br /> Council <br /> City Attorney <br /> Citizen Comments <br /> CONSENT ITEMS (to be considered individually) <br /> (1) Adopt Resolution # authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount <br /> of $ 1,220,057.34 for the period of April 17, 2004 through April 23, 2004 <br /> (2) Adopt Resolution # authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the <br /> amount of $ 2,637,997.55 for the period ending April 17, 2004 <br /> (3) To approve a rolling street closure beginning and ending at the Everett Memorial <br /> Stadium for a 10K Run sponsored by the Everett Rotary Club on June 13, 2004, 9:30 <br /> a.m. to 12:30 p.m., with the conditions that there be two flaggers (one certified) at <br /> each major intersection, one flagger at each minor intersection, and that all race <br /> information indicate that runners must stay to the right of the road <br /> (4) Approve street closure of Colby from Everett to Pacific on September 10, 11 and 12th <br /> as provided for, and subject to, conditions described in the permit <br /> ACTION ITEMS (to be considered individually) <br /> (5) Adopt Resolution # approving all fees and rate structure for the City of Everett <br /> municipal golf courses <br /> (6) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement <br /> with Brown and Caldwell for design services for the Water Filtration Plant in the <br /> amount of $39,900 <br /> (7) Authorize the Mayor to sign a Professional Services Agreement with Brown and <br /> Caldwell to perform engineering services to design the new disinfection facility and <br /> provide assistance during bidding and construction activities in the amount of <br /> $348,167 <br /> (8) Adopt Resolution # setting May 26, 2004 at 8:30 a.m. in the Everett City Council <br /> Chambers as the date, time and location of the public hearing for the proposed <br /> Vacation of 39th Street, East of Smith Avenue and direct that notice be provided in <br /> accordance with RCW 35.70.020 <br /> AGENDA CONTINUED ON BACK OF THIS PAGE <br />
