5 <br /> effective for three months from the date they are purchased. The requirement to <br /> complete the Junior Golf Program prior to the purchase of a Junior Annual pass <br /> may be waived by the Parks and Recreation Director upon recommendation of <br /> the Golf Pro or Program Instructors. <br /> These rates shall be effective as of June 1, 2004, and will remain in effect until <br /> such time as the fee structure set forth in this Resolution is amended or <br /> otherwise revised. <br /> Section 2: <br /> The Resident/Non-Resident Junior Golf Annual pass is available only to <br /> residents of the City of Everett or students enrolled in the Everett School District, <br /> or attending private school or 'Home School' within the boundaries of the Everett <br /> School District; ages ten (10) through eighteen (18). <br /> Section 3: <br /> Promotional offerings and discount rates such as Early Bird, coupon specials, <br /> play cards and package deals may be made by the Parks and Recreation <br /> Director with input from the Gotf Course Management. <br /> Section 4: <br /> The proceeds from the Admission Tax collected at the City municipal golf <br /> courses shall be deposited in the revenue accounts of the Golf Fund. <br /> Section 5: <br /> This Resolution shall supersede Resolution No. 5421. <br /> Council Person Introducing <br /> Resolution <br /> PASSED and APPROVED this day of 2004 <br /> Council President <br /> 26 <br />
