The pipe is installed in 25th street between Harrison and West Marine View Drive. The <br /> completion of this project is critical to the operation of the Effluent Transfer Project which will transfer <br /> effluent from the WPCF to the deep water outfall pipe in Port Gardner. The apparent low bid was submitted <br /> by J. Fletcher Creamer& Son, Inc. in the amount of$1,134,880. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Award contract to J.Fletcher Creamer& Son, <br /> Inc. in the amount of$1,134,880 for Repair of the Crosstown Pipe Lining Project, and authorize the Mayor to <br /> sign a contract with J.
