This requirement exceeds Council's $75,000 formal bid <br /> threshold. <br /> Invitations to bid were mailed to 29 potential bidders, advertised in the Herald, and posted on our <br /> website. Responses were received as shown on the attached bid summary. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Award Bid 2004-676 to Aspen Environmental,Ltd.,the lowest, responsive bidder, at their unit prices bid for <br /> an estimated annual total of$114,681.04 including Washington State Sales Tax. <br /> 16 <br />
