Expenditure Required $15,000.00 Account Number(s): Amount Budgeted $15,000.00 UT 3183-1 Additional Required $ -0- DETAILED SUMMARY STATEMENT: The geotechnical engineering firm Zipper Zeeman Associates, Inc. was selected from the pre-approved list of Geotechnical Engineering firms to provide geotechnical services for the Water Transmission Line No. 2— Phase 8-A Project. The Water Transmission Line No. 2, Phase 8-A Project will replace the 48inch diameter transmission line between Hwy. 9 and Lake Stevens Road. Zipper Zeeman's services will provide a Shoring Plan, plans, and specifications to satisfy the WSDOT permit requirement for crossing under State Hwy. 9.
