2 <br /> Health/Safety <br /> 11. At its own expense, Guild will provide a minimum security of force of two off <br /> duty police officers at all times during festival hours,including evening musical <br /> performances. If the booths are open during the evening musical performances on <br /> September 11, 2004,then the Guild shall provide two off duty police officers <br /> during the musical performance as well as the two off duty police officers <br /> providing security in the booth area. <br /> 12. Guild must clean up; the City will not provide cleaning equipment or labor. <br /> 13.The permit and closures may be suspended or terminated for life/safety reasons or <br /> for failure or refusal to timely comply with reasonable directions by City <br /> personnel,such as police or fire or failure to comply with any permit conditions. <br /> 14.Beverages containing alcohol may not be sold or served. <br /> 15. Guild shall provide sanitation facilities for the public and vendors that are <br /> reasonable adequate in quality and quantity. Guild shall locate the sanitation <br /> facilities reasonably close and convenient to the booths. If more people attend the <br /> festival than expected, Guild shall immediately arrange for additional sanitation <br /> facilities. <br /> 16. Guild must contact the Fire Marshal for final site review and comply with the Fire • <br /> Marshal's requirements. Guild should contact the Fire Marshal's office to <br /> determine when information should be submitted in order for the Fire Marshal to <br /> have sufficient time for review and comply with the Fire Marshal's submission <br /> dates. <br /> 17. If, and to the extent, areas or booths are dedicated to children and children's <br /> activities(other than retailing of children's goods),the Guild shall run <br /> background checks of all volunteers and staff manning such booths and areas and <br /> shall not allow any persons convicted of crimes against children or registered sex <br /> offenders to staff or man such booths. <br /> Vendors <br /> 18. Guild shall provide a complete list of vendors to the City by August 1,2004 and <br /> shall update it by September 3,2004. <br /> Financial <br /> 19. $3,000 cash deposit provided by August 15,2004,refundable if Guild pays the off <br /> duty officers and covers all out of pocket expenses. <br /> 20.
