The 50,000 <br /> square foot shell space addition was negotiated and contracted through the Public Facilities District with PCL,the prime contractor <br /> for the Events Center. The contract with the PFD additionally added facility design upgrade improvements. The Tenant <br /> Improvements for the Public Space were designed, bid and awarded separately. The successful bidder for the T.I.'s was PCL, the <br /> prime contractor for the Events Center and added shell space.
