10 <br /> Section 6: This Ordinance shall not be construed nor held to repeal Ordinance <br /> No.'s 2362-99, 2068-95, 1732-90, 1731-90, 163-89 and 1610-89 as to any offense <br /> committed against such former ordinance or as to any act done, any penalty, forfeiture or <br /> punishment so incurred, or any right accrued or claim arising before under the former <br /> ordinance, or in any way whatever to affect any such offense or act so committed or so <br /> done, or any penalty, forfeiture or punishment so incurred or any right accrued or claim <br /> arising before this ordinance takes effect. <br /> Nothing contained in this section shall be construed as abating any action now pending <br /> under or by virtue of Ordinance No.'s 2362-99, 2068-95, 1732-90, 1731-90, 1613-89 and <br /> 1610-89 or as discontinuing, abating, modifying or altering any penalty accrued or to <br /> accrue, or as affecting this liability of any person, firm or corporation, or as waiving any <br /> right of the City under the above referenced ordinances or provision thereof in force at the <br /> time of passage of this ordinance. <br /> S.
