3 <br /> 21. Guild shall provide evidence satisfactory to the City Attorney's Office that it <br /> received booth fees of at least $9,000 by September 3, 2004. <br /> 22. From the time of permit issuance through the day after the event, neither Guild <br /> nor any of its officers may be in default or arrears with any City financial <br /> obligation. <br /> Traffic <br /> 23. No activity, including event parking,may be allowed around any church on <br /> Sunday morning that would interfere with church activities. <br /> 24. The Guild shall be responsible for daily placing and removal of the street closure <br /> barricades to the satisfaction of the Everett Police Department and ensuring that <br /> the temporary bus stop parking space closure is posted and maintained. <br /> 25. Detailed signing and detour plan shall be provided by Guild for review by City <br /> Traffic Engineer no later than June 30, 2004. Approval of City Traffic Engineer <br /> must be obtained by July 15, 2004. City Traffic Engineer is authorized to require <br /> changes to signing and detour plan. Guild is encouraged to submit the signing <br /> and detour plan sufficiently far in advance so as to obtain approval before Guild <br /> makes any commitments to vendors or others. Any commitment by Guild to <br /> others shall not affect any requirements of the City Traffic Engineer. <br /> 26. Guild shall arrange and pay for placement of all necessary barricades and signs. <br /> The Guild shall provide any and all labor for manning traffic barricades at <br /> intersections. <br /> Risk Management <br /> 27. $50,000 bond provided by August 1, 2003, for expenses and damages arising out <br /> of the event; waivable by City Attorney's Office if the Guild's commercial <br /> general liability insurance provides sufficient coverage. <br /> 28. $2 million dollar event insurance provided by August 1, 2004, with the City <br /> endorsed as additional insured, with coverages as specified by the City and with <br /> an insurer acceptable to the City. <br /> 29. Guild and its officers must jointly and severally defend, indemnify and hold the <br /> City harmless from any and all claims of any kind in a form provided or approved <br /> by the City Attorney's Office. <br /> 30. Booth vendors,performers, subcontractors, etc. shall defend and indemnify the <br /> City from any claims for damages to property,bodily injury, or economic loss <br /> that arise out of, or are related to, the event. <br /> 31.
