The deadline <br /> for Everpark management proposals was May 6, 2004. At proposal opening the City had received four <br /> proposals; one from Downtown Everett Association,the current managing agent. Others were received <br /> from; Republic Parking,Fidelity Parking, and Coast Real Estate Services. <br /> The Selection Committee met on Thursday,May 27, to conduct oral interviews with all four vendors. As a <br /> result of the process the Committee recommended to the Budget Committee that Downtown Everett <br /> Association be awarded a contract for the management of Everpark Garage. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Award the management of Everpark Garage to Downtown Everett Association(DEA) and authorize the <br /> Mayor to sign a three year agreement for management services. <br /> 20 <br />
