• 12 Budget Adjustments Tally Sheet Department Code Rev Exp FB - GGR-1 Neighborhoods Reappropriation-Mini-grants from 2002 and 2003 022R 47,109 GGR-1 General Fund Reappropriation-Mini-grants from 2002 and 2004 002R 47,109 _ This reappropriation allows the initiation and completion of proposed projects generated as part of the Matching Fund for Neighborhoods Large project grants and mini-grants to neighborhood associations.The Large grants were newly developed in 2003,and timing of the application cycle prevented awards from being made prior to December. Three large projects,which were proposed in fall 2003,were recommended for approval by the review and rating teams in December 2003. If approved,these projects will be initiated in 2004 after contact with neighborhood associations is completed. In addition,this reappropriation carries forward all funds remaining within the matching accounts at year end 2003 for use in the 2004 matching fund cycle. Because of staffing changes,the mini-grant cycle started in June 2003 and prevented some groups from completing their projects by year end. The consultant has produced a draft "Everett Station Area Plan". This request will carry forward the remaining$12,446 to cover the remaining cost for the consultant to complete the final plan in 2004.
