2004 <br /> Budget Adjustments 12 <br /> Tally Sheet <br /> Department Code Rev Exp FB <br /> - GGA-2 Special Projects Amendment-Snoh River Salmon Habitat Restoration/Tulalip Tribe 115A 50,000 50,000 <br /> GGA-2 General Fund Amendment-Snoh River Salmon Habitat Restoration/Tulalip Tribe 009A 50,000 (50,000) <br /> The settlement agreement between the City and the Tulalip Tribes on the 41st Street litigation provides that <br /> after the Tribes withdrew from litigation,the City will put$50,000 into a fund to be used for salmon restoration <br /> on the Snohomish River. The City has received notice that the Tribes have withdrawn. The use of these funds <br /> would occur after consultation between the City and Tribes.The use of these funds is limited for salmon <br /> restoration efforts. If a disagreement as to the use of the$50,000 restoration funds arises,the Tribes and the <br /> City will submit the issue to alternative dispute resolution.
