..c <br /> '44-tat <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project entitled, <br /> "Everett Riverfront Walkway Over BNSF RR Tracks," Fund 303, <br /> Program 070,to accumulate all costs for the improvement. <br /> WHEREAS,.the City of Everett is committed to a planned traffic and safety improvement <br /> program; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett has identified the need and received a funds for the construction <br /> of pedestrian improvements over the BNSF railroad tracks; and <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 303, Program 070, entitled"Everett <br /> Riverfront Walkway Over BNSF RR Tracks," Fund 303, Program 070, to accumulate all costs <br /> for the improvement. <br /> Section 2: <br /> Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 303, <br /> Program 070, for the improvement project. <br /> Section 3: <br /> Authorization is hereby granted for the "Engineering/Public Services Director," under direction <br /> of the Mayor,to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks and doing all <br /> things to accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. <br /> Section 4: <br /> The sum of$502,835.00 is hereby appropriated to Fund 303, Program 070, "Everett Riverfront <br /> Walkway Over BNSF RR Tracks,"as follows: <br /> A. Estimated Project Costs <br /> Construction $502,835.00 <br /> Total Estimated Cost $502,835.00 <br /> 57 <br />
