The arterial and residential <br /> streets to be overlaid this year have been prioritized and selected on the basis of the City's Pavement <br /> Management System. The overlay project includes the construction of approximately 17,091 tons of Class <br /> "B"hot mix asphalt, including utility adjustments and all other appurtenances necessary to complete the <br /> work. <br /> The source of funds for this project is Fund 119-Street Improvements. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize a call for bids for the 2004 Hot Mix Asphalt Overlay Project. <br /> l : <br />
