January 11 , 2017 <br /> CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Franklin, to approve the following consent items: <br /> RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> To adopt Resolution No. 7068 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br /> $1,164,643.53 for the period of December 24, 2016, through <br /> December 30, 2016. <br /> RESOLUTION — PAYROLL <br /> To adopt Resolution No. 7069 acknowledging payment of audited <br /> and approved payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount <br /> of $4,941,151.24 for the period ending December 24, 2016. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Member Stonecipher who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> ACTION ITEMS: <br /> RESOLUTION — WRITTEN GUIDELINES FOR THE DELEGATION OF <br /> SIGNING OF CERTIFICATIONS <br /> Moved by Council Member Franklin, seconded by Council Member <br /> Murphy, to adopt Resolution No. 7070 establishing written guidelines <br /> for the delegation of signing of certifications required by federal, <br /> state and other governmental agencies. <br /> Council Member Roberts thanked City Attorney Iles for providing a staff <br /> memorandum regarding the proposed certification resolution. <br /> 12 <br />
