The City Clerk and the codifiers of this Ordinance are authorized to make <br /> necessary corrections to this Ordinance including, but not limited to,the correction of <br /> scrivener's/clerical errors,references, ordinance numbering, section/subsection numbers, and any <br /> references thereto. <br /> Section 4.
