When a permit for an Irrigation service for a single <br /> family home is issued that is currently on a flat rate <br /> service, the customer will be required to change to a <br /> metered service - <br /> 8. Fire Service. Outside the City Limits <br /> 1. Individual Meters Outside of the City Limits. The consumption and minimum monthly <br /> water charges for individual metered services outside the City limits shall be computed <br /> in the same manner as for Residential metered customers within the City and then a <br /> multiplier of twenty-five percent of this amount shall be added to the water charge so <br /> computed. In addition, a charge of$0.834 per 100 cu. ft. or $5.00 minimum filtration <br /> charge shall be added to arrive at the total monthly charge. No multiplier shall be added <br /> to the filtration charge. <br /> 2. Master Meters <br /> a. Master meter rates shall be reqs ired for water districts, water associations or other <br /> organizations providing water service to 16 or more permanent services. <br /> Organizations serving less than 16 services and all other customers shall be charged <br /> at the individual meter rate. <br /> b.
