(8) Adopt Resolution # finding and designating as a blighted area under the state <br />Community Renewal Law the area in and adjacent to the former Asarco Smelter <br />(Redevelopment Area) J <br />(9) Adopt Resolution # designating and authorizing the Everett Housing Authority <br />to act as a community renewal agency, to prepare a community renewal plan for <br />the Redevelopment Area, and to implement the plan if it is approved by City Council <br />under the state Community Renewal Law <br />(10) Authorize the Mayor to sign the EHA / City Agreement including the Contingent <br />Funding Agreement for the cleanup and redevelopment of the area in and adjacent <br />to the former Asarco Smelter (Redevelopment Area) <br />(11) CB 0406-31 — 3rd and final Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance closing a <br />Special Improvement Project entitled, "Additional Bridge Lane for Eastbound US 2 <br />Snohomish River Bridge," Fund 303, Program 038, as established by Ordinance No. <br />2380-99 <br />PUBLIC HEARING: <br />(12) Approve the Vacation of a portion of 39th Street lying East of Rucker Avenue and <br />West of Hoyt Avenue, and direct staff to draft an ordinance subject to the <br />conditions contained in the staff report <br />PROPOSED ORDINANCES: <br />(13) CB 0405-21 - 1St and 2nd Reading - Adopt the Proposed Ordinance approving the <br />appropriations of the 2004 revised City of Everett Budget and amending Ordinance <br />No. 2762-04 (3rd and final reading on 7-28-04) <br />Executive Session <br />Adjourn <br />"Everett City Council meetings are videotaped for rebroadcast on government - <br />access cable Channel 21 at 12:00 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday. 7:00 <br />P.m.
