(fy <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE closing a special parks improvement project entitled "Swim Center <br />Duct Replacement, Mechanical Upgrade and Chiller Revision", Fund 354, Program 021 <br />as established by Ordinance No. 267.9-03 <br />WHEREAS, the special parks improvement project entitled "Swim Center Duct <br />Replacement, Mechanical Upgrade and Chiller Revision"-, Fund 354, Program 021, was <br />established to provide for the said repairs and improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, the purpose of the special parks improvement project has been <br />accomplished; and <br />WHEREAS, there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor <br />uncollected revenues to be received; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE EI`FV OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br />Section 1: <br />That the "Swim Center Duct Replacement, Mechanical Upgrade and Chiller Revision", <br />Fund 354, Program 021, be closed. <br />Section 2• <br />That the final expenses and revenues for the "Swim Center Duct Replacement, <br />Mechanical Upgrade and Chiller Revision", Fund 354, Program 021, are as follows: <br />A.
