The <br />cluster subdivision was granted preliminary approval on September 25, 2002. All public improvements have <br />been constructed, all required site plan and building elevations have been submitted, and all conditions of the <br />preliminary approval have been met for this development. <br />RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Approve the final cluster subdivision of <br />Camberly located between 46th and 47th Street SE and west of Black Forest Lane <br />3 <br />
