v <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project entitled, <br />"Traffic Signal Central Computer Replacement Project," Fund 303, <br />Program 014, as established by Ordinance No. 2130-96. <br />WHEREAS, the special improvement project entitled "Traffic Signal Central Computer <br />Replacement Project," Fund 303, Program 014, was established to provide for the said <br />improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, the purpose of the fund has been accomplished; and <br />WHEREAS, there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor uncollected <br />revenues to be received; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br />Section 1: <br />That the special improvement project entitled, "Traffic Signal Central Computer Replacement <br />Project," Fund 303, Program 014, be closed. <br />Section 2: <br />That the final expenses and revenues for the "Traffic Signal Central Computer Replacement <br />Project," Fund 303, Program 014, are as follows: <br />A.
