Levels of Accomplishment <br />In addition to the normal administrative services required as part of this Agreement, the Contractor <br />agrees to provide the following levels of program services: <br />Activity <br />Units of Service* per Month <br />Total Units/Year <br />Total People or Households to be served <br />Total unduplicated Everett Residents or <br />Households to be served <br />30 Households <br />30 Households <br />*Note: Provide definition of Units of Service here. If this is a construction project, please explain <br />here how the improvements will be used and how they benefit the community, what the target <br />population is for the project, etc. <br />II. Time of Performance <br />Services of the Contractor shall start on the 1 st day of July, 2004 and end on the 30 day of June, <br />2005. The term of this Agreement and the provisions herein shall be extended to cover any <br />additional time period during which the Contractor remains in control of funds or other assets, <br />including program income. The City may, at its discretion, extend the term of this Agreement to <br />allow for the expenditure of unexpended funds. <br />B-3 <br />
