Seaman Council City Attorney Citizen Comments CONSENT ITEMS (to be considered individually) (1) Adopt Resolution # authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $850,218.28 for the period of July 10, 2004, 2004 through July 16, 2004 (2) Adopt Resolution # authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $2,758,322.94 for the period ending June 26, 2004 (3) Adopt Resolution # authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $2,631,233.39 for the period ending July 10, 2004 (4) Authorize Facilities to prequalify bidders and solicit bids from prequalified bidders for the City of Everett Enhanced Television Project (5) To approve the closure of the 600 and 700 blocks of Dexter Avenue for a National Night Out event sponsored by the Dexter Avenue Block Watch group on August 3, 2004, 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. ACTION ITEMS (to be considered individually) (6) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Hold Harmless Agreement allowing National Night Out to be held at the Everett Mall on August 3, 2004 from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (7) Adopt Resolution # authorizing the submission of a ballot proposition for an additional sales and use tax of three-tenths of one percent (0.3%) to preserve and expand transit services and for other matters properly related thereto (8) Authorize the Mayor to sign Change Order #3 for the Wetmore Avenue / Hoyt Avenue 1-way to 2-way Conversion Project with Potelco, Inc. in the amount of $17,372.51 (9) CB 0405-21 — 3rd and final Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance approving the appropriations of the 2004 revised City of Everett Budget and amending Ordinance No. 2762-04 AGENDA CONTINUED ON THE BACK OF THIS PAGE
