8 <br /> The term of this Agreement shall be from the effective date of this Agreement <br /> through either(1) final acceptance of the Project's construction or(2)return of <br /> reimbursements pursuant to Sections 9.3.4 and 9.3.5,whichever occurs first. <br /> 16.5 Effective Date <br /> This Agreement is effective when the Parties sign it, after authorization by each <br /> Party's respective governing body. <br /> 17. NOTICES <br /> The Parties shall notify in writing the Designated Representatives,per <br /> Attachment A. <br /> 18. TERMINATION <br /> Any Party may terminate this Agreement hereto with advance written notice <br /> sufficient to permit the remaining Parties hereto to reasonably assume the <br /> responsibilities being performed by the terminating Party. Such termination shall <br /> not effect the termination of any other agreement between any or all the Parties <br /> hereto.
