The NSIS requires renters to sign the Non Consortium Public Use Facility Agreement(Exhibit A). The agreement before Council replaces the indemnification terms of the Non Consortium Public Use Facility Agreement. This will streamline the process for City use of NSIS facilities at Everett Station. Council approval of the requested action will result in the replacement of the Release of Claims/Holds Harmless section of the Non Consortium Public Facility Use Agreement with mutual indemnification language contained in the proposed agreement. The agreement is effective February 1, 2005 through January 22, 2007, corresponding with the NSIS's current lease agreement with the City.
