NON CONSORTIUM PUBLIC FACILITY USE A G R E E M E N T: University Center at <br /> Everett Station: <br /> etc. The institutions or groups using the facility will be charged for or must supply their own <br /> handouts, duplication needs, books, and other supplies. Faculty or other user groups must <br /> handle their own printing or other materials production as the University Center does not have <br /> sufficient staff to accommodate these needs. <br /> Telephones—All of the faculty cubicles, classrooms, and seminar and conference rooms have <br /> telephones that allow local calls. Each of these phones also has SCAN line access or calling card <br /> access and users with a SCAN code can make long distance calls from these phones. <br /> Parking—The lot across Smith Ave. and on the North East corner of the property is designated for <br /> Everett Station staff. Faculty and others using the University Center facilities should park in this <br /> area. Faculty will be assigned a quarterly parking pass. Parking passes must be returned at the <br /> end of the quarter to avoid financial penalties of$10.00. <br /> Use of Facility and Equipment--The facility user shall use the facility and equipment in a careful <br /> manner and as intended. The facility user shall comply with all applicable federal, state and local <br /> laws, equipment manuals and all applicable rules and regulations relating to the possession, use <br /> or maintenance of the University Center facility and equipment.
