Variance. This column shall reflect the budget less the subcontract, less <br /> change orders. <br /> Expended To Date. This column shall reflect the amount paid to the <br /> Contractor from the Owner. <br /> Expended Prior Period. This column shall reflect the amount recorded in <br /> the month report immediately preceding the current report as <br /> "EXPENDED TO DATE." <br /> Expended This Period. This column shall reflect the amount expended to <br /> date less the amount reported in all previous periods. <br /> Percent of Budget. This column shall reflect the amount of the negotiated <br /> budget that has been expended and is the amount "Expended to Date" <br /> divided by the sum of"Available Funds" and "Change Orders" expressed <br /> as a percentage. <br /> Anticipated Cost To Complete. This column shall reflect the amount the <br /> Contractor believes shall be required to finish the Work. <br /> Balance. This column shall reflect the difference between the sum of the <br /> amount "Expended to Date" and the"Anticipated Cost to Complete" and <br /> the budget as adjusted <br /> 2.6.2.The Owner and the Contractor at monthly construction Oversight meetings will <br /> review the monthly report. Budget adjustments will be reviewed and mutually <br /> agreed to at that time. <br /> 2.7. Commissioning,Test, and Close Out <br /> 2.7.1.The Contractor shall ensure successful commissioning of the Project, and shall be <br /> responsible for coordination with subcontractors, the Design Team, and the Owner as <br /> necessary for commissioning. Working in conjunction with appropriate Owner <br /> personnel, the Contractor shall accomplish the checkout of utilities, operations <br /> systems, and equipment. <br /> 2.7.2 Testing and Startup: The Contractor shall prepare testing and start up plans, provide <br /> start up activity engineering, conduct system and acceptance testing, and shall be <br /> responsible for coordinating all parties for a successful start-up. <br /> 2.7.3.The Contractor shall schedule and conduct training sessions for all operations <br /> personnel as needed. <br /> 2.7.4.The Contractor shall prepare and/or coordinate the preparation of all operations and <br /> maintenance manuals. <br /> Everett Water Pollution Control Facility Expansion Phase A <br /> Construction Agreement 7 <br /> 25 <br />
