(Mukilteo, WA) <br /> • Forest City Development(Los Angeles, CA) <br /> • Opus Northwest LLC (Bellevue,WA) <br /> • McCaffery Interest,Inc. (Chicago,IL) <br /> • Barclays North, Inc. (Everett,WA) <br /> Staff will recommend to the City Council three of the developers listed above to be selected to give <br /> subsequent presentations to the Council in April of 2005. Based on these presentations, the Council will <br /> select one of these firms to develop the Riverfront Property. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Approve the recommended shortlist of three developers to give presentations of their qualifications to the <br /> City Council in April of this year. <br /> 4 <br />
