The proposed amendment places concession management and revenue <br /> in Village Theatre's domain. Village Theatre will be able to better manage the center as a whole, coordinate <br /> concessions with intermissions, control set-up of tables, and coordinate volunteers. The City historically <br /> received on the order of$100 per year from concessions,but had the disproportionate burden of managing <br /> the concessions. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to execute the proposed amendment to the agreement with Village Theatre,placing <br /> concessions management and revenue with Village Theatre. <br /> 6 <br />
