Work to Be Performed <br /> Project Management <br /> • Preparation of a preliminary cost estimate to validate budget. <br /> • Preparation and management of an overall project schedule to ensure timely project completion. <br /> • Coordination with the City's Purchasing Department for a Small Works Roster bid process. <br /> • Assistance in the City's close out process. <br /> Temporary Trailer Move <br /> • Coordination of trailer move. <br /> • Hiring of a moving company. <br /> • Observation of the trailer move. <br /> Design <br /> • Site investigation including review of developer's plans for Mall expansion. <br /> ■ Programming, schematic and final design. <br /> • Public Presentation: A professional rendering, anticipating public display of the project(no <br /> formal public presentation or meetings are included). <br /> Construction Document Preparation <br /> • Preparation of Contract Documents for bidding purposes. <br /> Construction Administration <br /> • Conduct the project Pre-bid walk through with Small Works Roster contractors. <br /> ■ Answer bid questions and prepare addenda as required. <br /> • Assist in the final determination of the project's lowest and most responsive bidder. <br /> • Coordination with the selected contractor in their preparation of the necessary pre-construction <br /> documents such as submittals and shop drawings. <br /> • Submit the project for the necessary permits and coordinate the issuance of the permits for <br /> construction. <br /> • 24 site visits during the construction period to assure general conformance with the contract <br /> documents. Coordination of issues that may arise during construction with the City. 2 site visits <br /> for Structural and Electrical Engineers to assure general conformance with the contract <br /> documents. <br /> • Preparation of punch list for Substantial Completion. <br /> • Preparation of Record Drawings from construction contractor's as-builts.
