The budget for phase one is $127,828.75. Funding for this work is provided from two <br /> sources: 1) $102,263 from a Federal Transit Administration grant; and 2) $25,565.75 in local match from <br /> Sound Transit(per the Memorandum of Agreement for Intergovernmental Cooperation between the city of <br /> Everett and Sound Transit dated November 24, 2004). <br /> For its services, INCA Engineers, Inc.will be paid an amount up to, but not to exceed $127,828.75. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with INCA <br /> Engineers, Inc. for Phase One of the North Everett Transit Center Project. <br /> Rlh/A1/030205 INCA-PSA <br /> 9 <br />
