3 <br /> and approved work plan requirements are met by sub-consultants and the Consultant <br /> team. Provide overall direction and coordination to the project Consultant team. <br /> Conduct project coordination meetings as appropriate and necessary. Monitor the <br /> planned versus actual rate of expenditure for each task and take corrective actions, if <br /> necessary. Collect from each task manager the percent complete as measured by how <br /> much work is left to be accomplished on a task-by-task basis. Ensure the project <br /> team's awareness of the issues to be resolved and their potential impacts to the <br /> successful completion of the project. This task will also include: <br /> a) Continuous monitoring of in-house and sub-consultant work for adherence to <br /> scope, schedule, budget, and quality. <br /> b) Ensuring the availability of staff for adherence to schedule and for timely <br /> responses to issues. <br /> c) Coordination and management of all sub-consultants to ensure proper <br /> integration of the work <br /> d) Documentation of M/W/DBE participation on the project. <br /> • e) Maintaining the focus of the team members on satisfying the project purpose, <br /> objectives, and scope of services. <br /> f) Monitoring and confirming that the technical aspects of the project are being <br /> performed and prepared in compliance with COE's requirements. <br /> g) Verifying that the information generated on the project is being filed in <br /> accordance with the Task 1.1 Work Plan. <br /> Task 1.3 Project Meetings <br /> Deliverables <br /> • Meeting notices <br /> • Meeting agendas <br /> • Draft meeting summaries and action items listings <br /> • Final meeting summaries and action items listings <br /> 1.3.1 Project Kickoff Meeting. Participate in a project kickoff meeting. Project <br /> kickoff meeting will be held at COE facilities and will include the Consultant, all <br /> significant sub-Consultants and any COE partner as deemed necessary by the COE <br /> Project Manager. Consultant will work with the Everett Transit(ET)Project <br /> Manager to develop the agenda and conduct the meeting. Consultant will prepare and <br /> distribute the meeting notice and agenda. The meeting summary and listing of any <br /> action items,with action responsibilities, will be prepared by the Consultant and <br /> provided within five(5) days of the meeting. COE will review and provide comment <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES,PAGE 7 OF 17 <br />
