The petitioners representing 100%of the lineal frontage abutting the said street have fulfilled the statutory requirements of RCW 35.79.010. RCW 35.79.010 further requires that City Council set a date and time for the matter to be heard. The proposed vacation has been reviewed and approved by the Real Estate Committee. RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Pass Resolution accepting the petition and setting the public hearing for April 6, 2005 at 8:30 AM in the 3 Everett City Council chambers, 3002 Wetmore Avenue for the vacation of all that portion of the east/west alley lying adjacent to Lots 23 through 28, Block 632, Plat of Everett Division"I".
