When the contracted work is completed, project director will:
1. View microfilm copies to see if work was done well.
2. Check originals being returned for damage & refile original manuscripts in the
library archive. The results of this check will be incorporated in the project evaluation
and the project document that will be available.
Long-term evaluation will include finding answers to these questions:
1. Is each microfilm project group reaching its audience? (Patron use and
Interlibrary loan requests will be used as measures. )
2. Are originals receiving less use? Ideally these materials in microfilm format will be
used more while the originals will not be requested at all.
1 q
25 of 25
