The Plan <br /> will lead to rebuilding and increasing student capacity to meet anticipated demands. The expansion will <br /> include construction of a new transit center. One of the goals of the Master Plan is to reduce parking <br /> shortages and demand in the area. The Planning Commission has unanimously recommended approval of <br /> this request.
