5 <br />Intergovernmental Agreement No. F04-30304-092 <br />Everett Police Department <br />ATTACHMENT A <br />Statement of Work <br />October 1, 2004 through September 30, 2005 <br />The contractor shall provide and supervise adequate staff to accomplish the following <br />activities during the contract period: <br />Victim Services <br />Personnel <br />A. The Contractor shall provide funds for a .44 FTE Advocacy Director to <br />supervise and train domestic violence legal advocates assisting female <br />victims of domestic violence and/or stalking, age 18 and older. Other <br />duties of -the Advocacy Director include, but are not limited to, community <br />education, coordination of services with law enforcement, prosecution and <br />other providers in Snohomish County, data collection, reporting, and <br />contract monitoring. <br />B. The Contractor shall provide funds to support a .15 FTE Advocate <br />Specialist and a .05 FTE Intervention Specialist to provide services to <br />female victims of sexual assault, age 18 and older, during the contract <br />period. Services can include, but are not limited to, information and <br />referral, crisis intervention, medical advocacy, legal advocacy, and support <br />groups. Services provided under this section shall meet the standards set <br />by Washington State RCW 70.125 and by the Washington State Sexual <br />Abuse/Assault Services Standards — Fiscal Year 2005. <br />C. The Contractor shall provide funds to support a .12 FTE Advocate <br />Supervisor. This position shall supervise the Advocate Specialist and <br />Intervention Specialist, provide outreach and education to Snohomish <br />County community members to enhance awareness of available services, <br />and coordinate services with law enforcement, prosecution and domestic <br />violence programs. Services provided under this section shall meet the <br />standards set by Washington State RCW 70.125 and by the Washington <br />State Sexual Abuse/Assault Services Standards — Fiscal Year 2005. <br />D. The Contractor shall provide funding for a .06 FTE Grant Coordinator <br />position to provide support and assistance during the contract period. <br />Duties of the Grant Coordinator shall include, but not be limited to, data <br />collection, reporting, reimbursement requests and contract monitoring. <br />
