EVERETT CITY COUNCIL PRELIMINARY AGENDA 8:30 A.M., WEDNESDAY, APRIL 6, 2005 CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS Roll Call Pledge of Allegiance Approval of Minutes: March 30, 2005 Mayor's Comments Council City Attorney Citizen Comments CONSENT ITEMS(to be considered individually) (1) Adopt Resolution # authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $2,696,249.86 for the period of March 12, 2005 through March 18, 2005 (2) Adopt Resolution # authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $960,397.66 for the period of March 19, 2005 through March 25, 2005 (3) Adopt Resolution # authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $2,662,757.15 for the period ending March 19, 2005 (4) Accept the Police Headquarters as complete, allowing the Mayor to sign the Certificate of Completion, which will start the 60-day retention period prior to the release of retainage to Ferrell-Penning, Inc. in the amount of $13,872.23 ACTION ITEMS: (5) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Accreditation / Recognition Program for Law Enforcement Accreditation / Recognition Agreement between C.A.L.E.A. and the City of Everett (6) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Year 2005 Public Works Trust Fund Construction Loan Contract- Everett Water Pollution Control Facility Improvements PUBLIC HEARING: (7) Approve the Vacation of all of that portion of the east/west alley lying adjacent to Lots 23 through 28, Block 632, Plat of Everett Division "I" and direct staff to prepare an ordinance subject to the conditions as contained in the staff report Executive Session Adjourn "Everett City Council meetings are videotaped for rebroadcast on government-access cable Channel 21 at 12:00 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday. 7:00 p.m. Thursday and Friday, 10:00 a.m. Saturday and 6:00 p.m. Sunday."
