EVERETT CITY COUNCIL PRELIMINARY AGENDA 8:30 A.M., WEDNESDAY, APRIL 13, 2005 CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS Roll Call Pledge of Allegiance Approval of Minutes: April 6, 2005 Mayor's Comments Council City Attorney Citizen Comments CONSENT ITEMS (to be considered individually) (1) Adopt Resolution # authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $1,010,301.85 for the period of March 26, 2005 through April 1, 2005 (2) Approve Bid Call 2005-768 for an annual supply of ductile iron pipe ACTION ITEMS: (3) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Vehicle Lease Agreement with National Insurance Crime Bureau allowing the Everett Police Department to accept the undercover vehicle for the sum of $1.00 per year (4) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the License Agreement for use of the driver's break room at Everett Station, extending the Agreement to October 31, 2006 (5) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Year 2005 Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Loan Application-Clearwell No. 2 at the Everett Water Filtration Plant (6) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Year 2006 Public Works Trust Fund Construction Loan Application — Everett Water Pollution Control Facility Improvements (7) Hear Presentations from three short-listed developers, and select one developer for the City's Riverfront Property.
