The proposed PSA is <br /> revised to allow the City flexibility in whatever revision, continuation and expansion of the BIA the City <br /> decides later this year. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Authorize Mayor to sign Professional Service <br /> Agreement with the Downtown Everett Association to perform services under the BIA ordinance. <br />
