9 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> A RESOLUTION segregating certain Local Improvement <br /> Assessments for LID No. 726, Treasurer's Account No. 89. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett has been asked by the owners of property known as <br /> Treasurer's Account No. 89 in LID No. 726 to segregate the assessment of said <br /> Treasurer's Account No. 89 into assessments conforming with the present <br /> ownership configuration of said properties, per Binding Site Plan No. 1571-04-04; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, the requested segregated properties are of sufficient value to provide <br /> adequate security for the payment of the total assessment chargeable against the <br /> undivided parcel of property; and, <br /> WHEREAS, RCW 35.44.410 and Ordinance No. 299-74 as amended by Ordinance <br /> No. 1072-84, provide a method of segregating assessments on a tract of land in an <br /> LID into subdivided parcels; and, <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of said LID and the City of Everett to segregate <br /> said Treasurer's Account No. 726 into the separate parcels conforming to the <br /> current ownership thereof; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the application fee as required by Ordinance No. 299-74 as amended <br /> by Ordinance No. 1072-84, has been paid to the City Treasurer as a fee for the <br /> segregation ordered herein. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF EVERETT <br /> Section 1: That the City Treasurer is directed to make a segregation on the <br /> current Assessment Roll No 726. <br /> Section 2: That the segregation shall be made as nearly as possible on the same <br /> basis as the original assessment was levied. <br /> Section 3: That the total of the segregated parts of the original assessments shall <br /> equal the assessment before segregation. <br />
