SEVERABILITY: If any provision or part of this Agreement is held to be invalid, such <br /> invalidity shall not affect any other provision hereunder, the Participant's shall negotiate in good faith <br /> any amendments to the Agreement necessary to effect the Participants original intent. <br /> 18.
