Last year nearly two-thousand individuals from <br /> the community attended following the Salty Sea Days parade. As in years past, we <br /> recognize the need to request the closure of Wetmore Avenue to ensure the safety of all <br /> involved. I have completed the Special Event Application which I received from your <br /> office. <br /> We are requesting the closure of Wetmore from Pacific Avenue to one block south at <br /> 32nd from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Monday, July 4th, 2005. <br /> I am grateful for the help that the city of Everett can provide to ensure the safety of the <br /> families and children attending our community carnival.
