The APBA Master Event Liability Program provides General Liability coverage with a limit of$1,000,000 each occur- <br /> rence for APBA-Sanctioned Events. A per event aggregate of$2,000,000 applies. Optional*Excess liability provides <br /> - limits of$2,000,000 or $4,000,000, each occurrence for APBA-Sanctioned Events.These policies provide liability <br /> coverage for covered losses occuring during APBA-Sanctioned Events. <br /> *The minimum liability coverage for UNLIMITED and OFFSHORE is$5,000,000. <br /> . COOS ERA(vI.S UNDER YKE AMA MASTER EVENT LIAL/KITT PROGRAM INCLUDE: <br /> _` PAR'rtCIPANT LEGAL LIABILITY: In combination with the completed Waiver and Release of Liability,Assumption of Risk, <br /> and Indemnity Agreement, and appropriate accident coverage this coverage provides protection against lawsuits <br /> brought by participants for a bodily injury. <br /> PRODUCTS AND COMPLETED OPERATIONS: Provides coverage for bodily injury losses resulting from the sale of APBA <br /> and member dub products. (Does not include maintenance services performed on competition boats or <br /> vehicles.) <br /> SPECTATOR LIABILITY: Provides protection in the event of spectator bodily injury or property damage liability. <br /> UNINTENTIONAL ERRORS AND OMISSIONS: Protects against allegations of breach of duty in conducting the sanctioned <br /> event ($50,000 limit). <br /> PERSONAL AND ADVERTISING INJURY LIABILITY: Provides coverage for false arrest,libel,slander,wrongful eviction,and <br /> privacy violation. <br /> - PROPERTY DAMAGE TO OFFICIAL WATERCRAFT: Provides coverage up to $200,000 for losses resulting from covered <br /> -c damage to official watercraft. <br /> NON-OWNED AIRCRAFT LEGAL EXPENSE LIABILITY:Provides defense cost coverage up to $50,000 for losses resulting <br /> from the use of non-owned aircraft at sanctioned events. <br /> CONTRACTUAL LIABILITY: Provides coverage for liability assumed under leased premises, municipal indemnification, or <br /> sidetrack agreements; does not indemnify certain professionals for their failure to perform their function. <br /> ADDITIONAL LIARILIYY COVERAGE: <br /> FIRE DAMAGE: Covers fire damage to rented premises as a result of APBA negligence. $300,000 Limit <br /> Hosr LIQUOR: Protects against claims arising out of the gratuitous serving or Included <br /> providing of alcoholic beverages to a third party(not deriving economic benefit from sale) <br /> OPTIONAL LIA[ IAIYY COVERAGE f:: <br /> CONTINGENT FIREWORKS: Provides secondary coverage against claims arising out of fireworks, <br /> pyrotechnics,or any similar explosive material. Coverage is only valid excess of any other <br /> insurance.
