The TDP summarizes the prior calendar year (2004) performance and <br /> operation (e.g., service hours,passenger miles, fleet composition). It also contains operating and financial <br /> projections for 2005 -2011. This year's TDP reflects the improved fiscal environment made possible by the <br /> passage of Proposition 1 in September 2004. The plan includes systematic service restoration and strategic <br /> growth in the next five years, fleet replacement and expansion and capital facility restoration and <br /> development. The elements within the TDP are also contained within the Everett Transit Comprehensive <br /> Plan adopted by City Council on April 30, 2003. Therefore, Council acceptance, not adoption, is required for <br /> the TDP. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Hold a Public Hearing and accept the 2005 to 2011 Everett Transit Development <br /> Plan and 2004 Annual Report. <br /> 9J <br />
