EVERETT CITY COUNCIL PRELIMINARY AGENDA • 8:30 A.M., WEDNESDAY, MAY 25, 2005 CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS Roll Call Pledge of Allegiance Approval of Minutes: May 18, 2005 Mayor's Comments Council City Attorney Citizen Comments CONSENT ITEMS (1) Adopt Resolution # authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $ 2,846,589.06 for the period of May 7, 2005 through May 13, 2005 (2) Accept the 112th St. SE Improvements, Phase 1 as complete and Authorize the Mayor to sign the Certificate of Completion releasing retainage in the amount of $34,038.83 (3) Accept the Northern Extension Interurban Trail, Stage 2, Phase 2 project as complete and Authorize the Mayor to sign the Certificate of Completion releasing retainage in the amount of $5,043.56 ACTION ITEMS: (to be considered individually) (4) Award Bid 2005-768 for an annual supply of Ductile Iron Pipe to HD Fowler for an estimated annual total of $119,607.15, including Washington State Sales Tax (5) Declare listed vehicles and equipment to be surplus and authorize sale at Public Auction to be conducted by James G. Murphy, Auctioneers (6) Authorize the Mayor to sign Agreement GCA 4386, with the State of Washington, Department of Transportation, for project support and liaison on the I-5 HOV Project (7) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement for Structural Engineering services with R. L.
