January 18, 2017 <br /> with Public Utility District No. 1 of Snohomish County for electrical <br /> distribution facilities on City property at 36th Street. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Member Stonecipher who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED — CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE DEEP <br /> WATER OUTFALL <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Moore, to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 3 to the <br /> Professional Services Agreement with Floyd and Snider, Inc. for <br /> environmental consulting services for the Deep Water Outfall and <br /> ancillary facilities to extend the contract to December 31, 2018, at no <br /> additional cost. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Member Stonecipher who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED — CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE <br /> RIVERFRONT DEVELOPMENT <br /> Moved by Council Member Murphy, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 7 to the <br /> Professional Services Agreement with Floyd and Snider, Inc. for <br /> consulting services on the Riverfront Development to extend the <br /> contract to December 31, 2020, at no additional cost. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Member Stonecipher who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 23 <br />
