January 25, 2017 <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED — 2016 WATER AND SEWER COST OF <br /> SERVICE STUDY <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher, seconded by Council <br /> Member Bader, to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to <br /> the Professional Services Agreement with HDR Engineering, Inc. for <br /> the 2016 Water and Sewer Cost of Service Study, extending the <br /> completion date and providing for additional work in an amount not <br /> to exceed $15,000. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Member Roberts who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT — NEC TELEPHONE NETWORK MAINTENANCE <br /> Moved by Council Member Franklin, seconded by Council Member <br /> Moore, to authorize the Mayor to sign a Professional Services <br /> Agreement with Black Box Network Services for NEC telephone <br /> network maintenance in the amount of $1,237,596.36 including <br /> Washington State sales tax. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Member Roberts who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> GRANT AWARDS — 2017 CULTURAL ARTS CAPITAL AND <br /> PROGRAMMING <br /> President Tuohy recused herself from any discussion or action relating to <br /> grant awards process. She stated that she is employed by a company that <br /> does apply for cultural arts grants, and although she has a fixed salary <br /> that is unrelated to any grant award and does not participate in grant <br /> writing, the Schack Arts Center is one of the grant recipients. <br /> 32 <br />
