The propos��d consfructi.on will not hav -e-^�ignificant impact on the �vater system. The Water Department should have o objection to the proposa'!. The proposed project shoi�ld not have a signifi.cant impact on tha sewer system as long as storm �vater � detecil,ion is prnvided. � DRA.INAGE: The developed portion of Grand Avenue north of Marylanc Avenue does not have any storm drainage improvements and re:cent developments in the area have cre:.ted problems. The surface drainage design for this project must insure that addi.tional �vater �vill not drain down Grand Avenue. Tnis will probably result in catch basins having to be instailed on the south side of Mar;�land and on ne�vly paved porcions of Grand. TLese catch basins should be tied into the Grand Avenue trunk line.
